 Ratodero is historical and old city, Ratodero is traditional and peaceful city. Ratodero is a sub-district city some 28 km away from Larkana in Pakistan. The city has a special reputation for its sweet products. The most special is known as Mawa and footwear. At present the principal trade of the town is that of paddy and rice, and there are many rice mills. There are many government offices in the town including Mukhtiarkar, Sub-divisional educational officer, Sub court, Taluka Police head quarter, Executive Engineer WAPDA, Sub rural health centre, sixty bed hospital, Post office, Government high school, and Degree college. In addition to that there are branches of following banks in the town Habib Bank, National Bank and UnitedBank.

This city was very famous for trade in 1920, When Sukkur river was fall near saint Nadar Shah,and was abolished after the construction of the Sukkur barrage. In these days the trade was ran by boats to Sukkur and other cities. This city was named by RATO KHAN belonging to Jalbani tribe in the days of Talpur dynasty. Who murdered by looters near Bhando Qubo and his head was out off and body was buried at the present tomb that is called 'Bhando Qubo'. This heaven also known by Dera Rato Jalbani in earlier days. Ratodero is clean and beautiful city and many historical buildings also here.
Geography
Ratodero town is the head quarter of the Taluka. It is situated in 27-48∘ latitude in north and 68 20∘ longitude in east. It is located on the way from Larkana to Shikarpur. Besides, many roads, both main and link, lead from this town tosurrounding towns and villages. There are roads leading to Shahdad Kot, Qamber, MiroKhan, Naudero and Larkana. Recently city has witnessed rapid development asit has become the junction for RCD and Indus Highway which comes from Karachi and Quetta.

This city very well known by the political leaders like Sir Shah nawaz Khan Bhutto, Nawab Nabi Bux Khan Bhutto, Zulifqar Ali Bhutto(PPP), Banzir Bhutto (Chair-Person PPP), Mumtaz Ali Khan Bhutto(Sindh National Front), Bashir Khan Qureshi (JSQM), Allah Bux Khan Jalbani (PPP). This city about 28 kmaway from Larkana Division and called it Headquarter of Politics.

Naudero
Naudero is the second most important town of the taluka Ratodero. It has a railway station also. In the days of Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto a big industrial complex was established here known as "Larkano Sugar Mills". This town is famous because of Quaid Awam Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto. There are Bhutto family's bungalows in the town and vast agricultural land in the surrounding area, and many of their relatives live here. The first one of the Bhutto family to reside here was Grand-pa Rasool Bakhsh Khan Bhutto, after him Khan bahadur Ahmed Khan Bhutto became the pagdar. Trading of rice is very common in the town, and guava is 'exported' in very large quantities. This town in linked with Larkana with a very fine road, a road was constructed in the days of Bhutto leading to Sukkur. Which reduced the distance from Larkana to Sukkur considerably. Following government institutions are in the town: High school, Girls high school, Primary school, Police station, Town Committee, 30 bed hospital, veterinary hospital, post office, agricultural office, exchange office, model town, National Bank, Zarai Bank and United bank.
Garhi Khuda Bakhsh
This is a village near Naudero. It was found by Khuda Bakhsh khan Bhutto. This family has produced many great zamindars and Landlords, Bhutto's father was also from this family.
Village Pir Bakhsh Bhutto
A village near naudero, found by Doda Khan bhuttos father Pir Bakhsh Bhutto. Besides there are many administrative offices in the village including Primary school, Middle school, Health Centre, union council and many more. After Doda Khan the persons from his off spring who became famous landlords are Ameer Bakhsh khan, Ilahi Bakhsh khan Sardar Wahid Bakhsh khan. Sardar Wahid Bakhsh khan was an MLO, his son Sardar Pir Bakhsh Bhutto was anactive member of Pakistan Peoples Party, and was chairman of District Rural Development Program Larkana. Nawab Nabi Bakhsh khan Bhutto brother of Sardar Wahid Bakhsh khan Bhutto was the member of the Delhi Legislative, and for some period of time as the president of District Local Board Larkano. His son Mumtaz Ali Khan Bhutto has been chief minister of Sindh and federal minister in National assembly.
Panjoo Dero
Adam Shah Kalhoro was awarded a jagir in Larkana by the Commander-in-Chief of Emperor Akbar's forces Abdul Rahim Khan Khanan at the eve of conquering Sindh. In those days Adam Shah Kalohor gifted this area to his devotee Panjoo Khan Abro. At that time there was a village in the west of Panjoo dero, which at the moment is present in the form abandoned mounds. Panjookhan established a village adjacent tp that ruins, and called it Panjoo dero.There is tomb of Latif Shah Pir where a melo is celebrated every year. Before separation of Indo-Pak the hindus of this town were actively engaged in the politics.
Bangul Dero
This village was found by Bangul Khan Khoso around a four hundred years ago.There is a High school and a primary school over there.
